Centre of Excellence
Based at the University of Nairobi, the Centre of Excellence bridges the gap between industry needs and available talent — training 5,000 students a year for careers in Business Process Outsourcing and IT-enabled services.

The GDC — Government Data Centre
A centralised repository of applications supporting government operations, giving national and county government bodies a common, secure home for their systems and data.

National Public Key Infrastructure (NPKI)
A government system for creating, storing and distributing digital certificates that verify online identities. ICTA operates as the Government Certification Agency, while the Communications Authority of Kenya manages the Root Certificate Authority.
