A Stellar Debut For Ict Authority At Kecoso 2026

The curtains have come down on the 45th Kenya Communications Sports Organisation (KECOSO) Games in Machakos County, with the ICT Authority marking its debut with an impressive performance across several sporting disciplines.

At the official closing ceremony, Team ICTA was recognised for its outstanding performance, proudly receiving trophies and medals in celebration of a highly successful maiden appearance at the Games.

The ICT Authority Women’s Darts Team emerged champions, securing 1st position, while the Chess Team finished as 1st Runners-Up. The Athletics Team secured 3rd position overall, with the Men’s Darts Team also finishing 3rd. KECOSO brings together players and staff from institutions across Kenya’s communications and ICT sector, providing a platform to promote teamwork, healthy competition, talent development and camaraderie beyond the workplace.
